33 minutes of mountain in a bottle. more landscape than song, because mountains are huge, right? one continuous riff that rolls endlessly to the next as mountain ranges tend to do. i captured the essence of my synesthetic impressions from an oregon mountaintop in my dobro the other day. yesterday my son encouraged me to record it, and he was right, it was fun. there are rivers and streams, meadows and ravines painted in green and grey, as well as a bluebird, a touch of pink lemonade and the mountain man himself. just passing the time...
