Paul named over $1 trillion in waste in government programs and allocations, like:* $10 billion to maintain, lease, and furnish mostly empty buildings owned by the Fed.* $12 million for a Las Vegas pickleball complex, granted money by the Department of the Interior.* $4.8 million on Ukrainian influencers funded by the Department of State* $3 million for “Girl-Centered Climate Action” in Brazil, funded by the Department of State.* $10,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for “Beards on Ice,” a climate change, transgender-themed, ice-skating drag show.* $1.5 million spent by the National Institutes of Health on electroshock therapy for kittens to research motion sickness.* $10.8 million to study if electroshock therapy can address erectile dysfunction and constipation by the Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.* $419,470 spent by the Department of Health and Human Services to find out if lonely rats do more cocaine than happy rats.* $15 million for new furniture in empty federal offices, which was later determined to be the company of the wife of a sitting Congressman.* $8 million given to a Florida man via COVID-19 relief funds, which he then used to purchase a private island.People like the Data Republican have also made a big noise about government fraud and waste, with detailed charts showing just how many people are in on the grift.Is this why they’re trashing Rand Paul on social media, saying he never does anything and just runs his mouth? Why then were people so excited when Elon Musk started to reveal the same kind of theft and waste of taxpayer dollars? The mainstream press published articles detailing the “war on waste” with accolades.If people like Paul, Musk, Massie, and the purposefully anonymous Data Republican, don’t raise awareness about the true level of absurdity we’ve gotten to with America’s finances, and the over $37 trillion in debt we’re dealing with, we can’t exactly lead the world in a Golden Age.If what Rand Paul has been pointing out isn’t of concern or real, then why did the DOGE team just cancel 111 wasteful contracts that were costing American taxpayers $790 million for the Department of Energy to have “coaching for senior executives.” And why did DOGE help to uncover that USAID is just one massive money laundering scheme?Speak Up or Shut UpDoes Rand Paul pass a lot of bills? No. But he also doesn’t give us 1000-page omnibus bills filled with pork and runaway spending. As Petersen notes, there are upwards of 10 schools of libertarianism including constitutionalists, minarchists, classical libertarians, and anarcho-capitalists.If Petersen and fellow libertarians were elected into office, we’d pivot to a hyper-individualistic nation. Listen to the podcast and you’ll find Petersen points out that libertarianism has no shortage of critics. None other than Ayn Rand is on the record as stating the political sect is full of hippies.Though Elon Musk enjoyed “hippie lettuce” to get a buzz on the Joe Rogan show, he is anything but a tree-hugging hippie. Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, the leaders of DOGE, are true inspirations for libertarians. Ramaswamy has referred to himself as a libertarian nationalist.Petersen also highlights how some Trump supporters were previous supporters of Bernie Sanders. Sanders, a Democratic Socialist, has far left economic views that don’t jibe with libertarianism. However, Petersen, Sanders, and Trump all enjoy common ground in their support of DOGE.The DOGE heads and Petersen agree that the government that governs least is the one that is the best. At a bare minimum, DOGE is necessary to accomplish minor victories, essentially kicking up enough dust to build momentum that eventually creates a tornado of change.Decentralization Vs. Centralization: That is the QuestionThe battle for the future of the nation, the planet, and the entire species boils down to two ideas: centralized power versus decentralized power.As Petersen notes, fans of decentralization including Musk are constantly hamstrung by red tape and regulations. Musk, a self-described empath, insists markets work if government gets out of the way. In contrast, Ramaswamy is more of an intellectual libertarian compared with Musk’s instinctual libertarianism.Trump deviates from Petersen’s libertarianism when it comes to tariffs. Tariffs certainly help protect the nation yet free marketeers are opposed to tariffs. In this one instance, Trump sides with central planning as opposed to decentralized markets.Petersen’s commentary on centralization extends to the military. Government’s role is to protect its civilians from foreign threats. Unfortunately, nearly every government throughout history ends up killing its own people or unjustly penalizing them.If Petersen had his way, the military would remain privatized, similar to the current system in which defense contractors compete for government contracts. The antithesis of the decentralized approach is the Soviet system in which the government manufactures the entirety of military equipment.The sole caveat to Petersen’s decentralized approach is the potential for Eisenhower’s military industrial complex. If there is a revolving door leading to and from government and defense contractors, private industry essentially becomes government.Such a military industrial complex scenario makes war profitable. Some argue we are currently in that exact position. If not, this lesson was a waste and the next attack on personal liberties will likely be much stronger.Robert Scott Bell on Fauci and the Crazy Covid CrisisIn a recent interview, Robert Scott Bell discussed how there were so many signs from the beginning that showed that the Covid crisis was artificial and nefariously constructed.Even before the pandemic started, researchers in the UNC Chapel Hill area such as Baric were already conducting gain-of-function research, paving the way for additional bioweapons research abroad. With this knowledge in mind, it was clear from the beginning that the lab leak theory was the most plausible theory for the origins of covid.When Robert saw that Anthony Fauci was going to be placed in a leadership position during this manufactured crisis, another layer of deception became evident, as Dr. Fauci had engaged in the dangerous promotion of a failed chemotherapy drug AZT for people with failing immune systems (AIDS) in the late 80's and early 90's resulting in untold suffering and iatrogenic death. Many of his misdeeds are revealed in the the book The Real Anthony Fauci by RFK Jr., which highlights a myriad of Fauci’s corrupt practices while at NIAID.He also discussed how the PCR testing methods that they planned to introduce were not correct. Dr. Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR testing method, has been very vocal about how Fauci does not understand anything and that he shouldn’t be in the position he is in. Kary has noted that people like Fauci have an agenda.Trump was also criticized for pitching alternative treatments, which also showed that it was clear that Fauci was going to push something nefarious on the population. The media even tried to convince people that ivermectin was horse medicine, when in fact it was a Nobel Peace Prize drug that humans have been using for decades.Denying Other TreatmentsThe main objective of the government from day one was to get emergency authorization for the new mRNA vaccines as soon as possible. Reagan created laws in the 1980s that gave pharma companies immunity, and these companies knew that they could boost their profits if they could demonstrate that vaccination was the only way to deal with Covid. This legal framework perfectly explains why the government and pharma companies were so quick to lie, censor people, and bury credible treatments.Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were two effective treatments for Covid, yet Fauci and the pharmaceutical complex had to do everything they could to bury these treatments. Hospitals also failed to push other types of natural options, like Zinc and Vitamin C, which could have helped to alleviate symptoms. Hospitals even displayed no curiosity in copper, which has also been shown to have a positive impact on Covid patients.Fauci once again showed his deep corruption when he pushed Remdsivir, which can cause kidney issues, on patients, while simultaneously repressing relevant off-label treatments. Robert talked about how Remdesivir is a terrible drug that killed many people.“ I don’t know if you heard the phrase built on that name, run, death is near. If you heard a Remdesivir diagnosis, you know, say we’re going to give you Remdesivir, run, death is near because this was destroying the kidneys of those who received it. And that would result in death faster than any so-called virus component. So they had to fight against any alternative option. These new members have already indicated that they will begin implementing libertarian values from day one, even though the members are not officially members of the libertarian party. The collective rage from the DNC and select Republican members should be a very positive indicator of the disruption potential of these individuals.Trump immediately announced he would appoint Elon Musk to lead DOGE. I haven’t seen polling on it Kurt, but my gut tells me that more people who identify as libertarians, small L and some big L, probably voted for Trump in this election than Chase Oliver, who I think ran a fine campaign. I have nothing against him, but we’re just in a different world with this election, different context. There’s a lot to work with there. Over 181 sex crimes, 128 drug offenses, and 148 business offenses, but Hunter Biden will escape the ramifications of his actions with a corrupt DOJ and Joe Biden’s pardon, but there’s more. . .Most people go to jail if they’re caught with crack cocaine. It’s five years in the slammer for this drug offense, but Hunter Biden has served zero hours in jail. Most people also spend multiple years in jail if they commit gun crimes. It’s a federal offense. Even though jurors found Biden guilty of lying to a federally licensed gun dealer, making false claims on a gun application that he wasn’t a drug user, and illegally holding guns for 11 days, he’s spent zero years in jail.Every crime that Hunter Biden has committed in the last ten years has been pardoned by former president Biden. And there are more pardons to come, with the Department of Justice working to create a list of crimes for which Hunter Biden will escape, Scott free.So far there are over 191 sex crimes, hundreds of drug offenses, and 148 business offenses, yet Hunter Biden is apparently above the law. Biden’s laptop exposed more than 450 state and federal violations of the law, but Biden’s new pardon will dismiss it all, including trials that have already found Hunter guilty.Why is Joe Covering for Hunter?Joe is covering Hunter through a full and unconditional pardon set to start January 1, 2024. Why? Is it just family protection? Is it to absolve his favorite son of his ill deeds? More than likely, Joe is covering his own hide. In 2014, the Deep State and the CIA took over Hunter’s biolab company in the Ukraine, Metabiota, which funded and researched COVID-19 viruses. Joe is running cover for Biden because the money trail and backroom bribes likely also lead to him.Two months after Hunter’s company gave a $500,000 investment to Rosemont Seneca, the investment firm that financed the biolab Metabiota, they won a $23.9 million dollar contract from the Department of Defense. Primarily, Metabiota was part of the Deep State’s plan to bring Coronavirus to the people of the world so they’d be forced to take a deadly bioweapon in the form of vaccines contracted out to Pfizer and Moderna. It’s not just money laundering, cocaine use, and sex trafficking that Hunter is part of. He’s part of the murderous plan to eliminate millions of the population through vaccines, as elaborated upon by Bill Gates.Isn’t it odd that the founder of Metabiota called his company’s work, “VIRUS HUNTERS”? His program colluded with Fauci and the NIH, the DoD, and EcoHealth Alliance as part of a team to predict Corona.The Bidens knew exactly what they were investing in via Rosemont Seneca and Metabiota. They were part of the government's homicide against the world. There was nothing to predict. It was all premeditated.As one article accurately states, Metabiota worked with government agencies, bilateral donors, banks, and the private sector to figure out how “probable” a pandemic is. For another, why would a group of insurrectionists in the most armed nation on earth show up at the Capitol armed with megaphones and umbrellas? And why would they bring grandmothers and kids along? That’s what Treniss Evans conveyed in an interview with Shemane Nugent on Real America’s Voice. Nugent had Evans on to talk about his new book Call It Insurrection, Comrade: January 6th—None Dare Call It Justice.Treniss Evans was there on J6. He made his way inside the Capitol. Was he trying to overthrow the U.S. Government? If you think about it, the proposition that J6 was an insurrection is absurd and the people who promote it are obviously trying to dupe the American public. Retired General Michael Flynn–who knows a lot about the weaponization of the Department of Justice and the lawfare it relies on–wrote, “Treniss Evans stands as an unwavering beacon of truth in the tumultuous aftermath of January 6th.”Americans have been thirsting for truth for a long while, and some have died from it. Jesus thirsted too. Leftists hate truth as much as the Pharisees who wanted Jesus dead and are as clueless as the Roman soldier who gave Jesus vinegar to quench his thirst for the salvation of souls. Simply put, J6 was a demonstration that got out of hand because the truth had been obscured. The election was, in fact, unconstitutional. States such as Pennsylvania changed election rules without legislative approval, which is against the state's constitution. That fact alone could have changed the election outcome by making it unfair. No matter which way you slice it, the 2020 election was–at the very least–highly suspect. Government officials and judges put their heads in the sand and caused distrust to breed like a sexed-up colony of rabbits. The demonstration at the Capitol on J6 wasn't only warranted, it was necessary. That it got out of hand is unfortunate, but that doesn't make it an insurrection. No law enforcement officers died in the line of duty on J6. There was property damage, but it was nowhere near the scale of the BLM riots in 2020 that caused $1-2 billion in damage. During the BLM protests, “574 were declared riots with violence and other criminal acts.” Over 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during the first weeks of the “protests”. According to The Hill, “Capitol Police reported 114 officers were injured on Jan. 6, 2021.” Granted, that’s 114 too many–the demonstration got out of hand due to the historical and emotional gravity of the situation and the fact that Vice President Pence failed to abide by his duty to ensure a fair election had occurred–but it pales in comparison to the BLM riots that look a lot more like an insurrection than J6 ever could. In short, J6 looks more like a minor scuffle than the all-out warfare of the BLM chaos. So why all the attention on J6? Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland vowed to relentlessly pursue people who participated in J6 "whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on democracy."Garland went so far as to compare J6 to the War of 1812 when the British Army burned the Capitol, the President’s house, and other public buildings in 1814. Garland’s sense of history is as delusional as the FBI going after Traditional Catholics for being radical right-wing threats to America. And Then There Was PelosiWhy has the government gone to great lengths to paint the J6 riots as an insurrection? Trump Derangement Syndrome has something to do with it, but could hatred and fear of Trump cause big-level government officials to engineer a riot so they could call it an insurrection? Ask Treniss Evans. The biased J6 Committee was so brazenly committed to creating the illusion of an insurrection that newly appointed U.N. Ambassador and former House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik said, “As I said from day one, Nancy Pelosi’s sham January 6th Committee was illegitimate and unconstitutional. It should come as a surprise to no one that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney’s fake committee illegally deleted records of their sham investigation and obstructed justice.” Over at the FBI, they can't even remember how many paid informants it had on the ground on J6. Paul’s unconventional approach to governance is characterized by minimalism, pragmatism, and refreshing honesty.It looks like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will consult with Paul when operating DOGE. Paul has valuable insight and ideas into how to pare back federal government spending.Though there is some bureaucratic red tape in the way of major spending cuts, DOGE’s suggestions are guaranteed to save Americans plenty of money. Alterations to federal outlays will pave a path toward reduced spending and possibly even a balanced budget.The pressing question is whether DOGE will eventually be able to make a dent in the nation’s ever-expanding debt. Paul’s ideas range from ending the federal reserve to returning the nation’s currency to the gold standard, and axing a wide array of government agencies.“I thank President Trump for making sure that Elon Musk and I are in a position to start the mass deportations of millions of unelected federal bureaucrats out of the D.C. bureaucracy." – Vivek RamaswamyIdeally, Paul would highlight the most egregious forms of bureaucracy ripe for elimination and Musk would take a chainsaw to them. The American government reformation project of 2025 would be similar to that occurring in Javier Milei’s Argentina.Paul Remembers When America was GreatBorn in the 1930s, Ron Paul has a unique perspective. Paul remembers the days of limited government interference, tariff funding of government, and the nuclear family. America was great all the way up until the early aughts. We’ve been in a tailspin since 9/11 and the Great Recession of 2008. If Paul were elected after the recession hit, we would no longer be tethered to a corrupt federal reserve.Ideally, Paul would convince Musk, Ramaswamy, and D.C. lawmakers to end the federal reserve altogether. The elimination of the federal reserve in combination with all three-letter agencies would provide a golden opportunity to cut taxes. Tax cuts stimulate the economy. Paul’s ax-chopping of the federal bureaucracy might eventually culminate in decentralization of power to the states. Such a federalist approach in which state governments have more power would reduce the federal tax burden and address the nation’s $35 trillion debt.Individual states could easily handle the work of the FBI, ATF, and possibly even the NSA. Though the CIA appears to be necessary for gathering foreign intelligence, it is one of the few essential three-letter agencies.Paul Might Recommend Moving Lawmaking out of DCThere are some rumblings that President-elect Donald Trump is fond of the idea of shifting America’s federal lawmaking body out of the beltway. Trump reportedly likes the idea of relocating portions of the federal government to the Midwest.Paul might recommend a transition of federal operations to his home of Texas or a nearby state in the “heart of it all” such as Ohio, Kansas, or Arkansas. Such a shift would be cost-effective as land, buildings, operations, and life in general are cheaper in the center of the country.More importantly, a relocation of the federal government to the nation’s center would put lawmakers back in touch with everyday Americans. Federal lawmakers would reconnect with the backbone of the country that works in manufacturing plants and grows the crops. Such a reconnection would foster a better understanding of the average American’s perspective. Ron and Rand Paul are among the minority of politicians who understand what average Americans value: individual agency, personal liberty, and most importantly, small government.Be Patient as DOGE Takes ShapeThough Ron Paul might not end up working for DOGE, he can inspire it from afar.
