Rams hire OL coach Ryan Wendell from the Buffalo Bills, who spent his entire playing career with the New England Patriots. Now, the Rams are staffed up with two names who are familiar with the "Belichickian way" in Nick Caley and Ryan Wendell, and an offensive coordinator in Mike LaFleur who is very familiar with Kyle Shanahan and his system. The offensive staff is coming together, but where does that leave our defensive coordinator, who is being held hostage by Jim Irsay and the Colts, and our special teams coordinator?
