Tech Sergeant Ashley Pruitt, a dedicated mother and Air Force veteran, tragically lost her life in a refueling plane crash in Iraq. Pruitt, a nine-year veteran with nearly nine hundred combat flight hours, was remembered for her bright presence and deep pride in her service. Along with five other service members, she leaves behind a grieving family and a large extended community. The loss has deeply affected the Air Force community.
