Duke Womens Basketball Falls Short in Elite Eight, UCLA Advances to Final Four
Dukes womens basketball team suffered a 70-58 loss to UCLA in the Elite Eight, with UCLA advancing to the Final Four. Despite building an eight-point halftime lead, Duke was outscored 39-19 in the second half. UCLA, with a 35-1 record, proved too strong.
