Show Notes
Anxiety in teens seems to be even more prevalent now than I recall back to when I was growing up. Or a least teens are more aware of identifying and labeling it as anxiety. According to the CDC - Children Mental Health 1 in 3 children suffer from sort of anxiety disorder.
You may have experienced some type of anxiety episode or your kids may have. It’s fear. Our minds can be a powerful tool or a tremendous obstacle for our girls. Today I talk about 3 grace-filled approaches to anxiety your daughter may be dealing with.
Are you looking for a supportive mom community?
The common thing I ask the moms I work with to be most valuable is having a community with other moms who get it. Who are in the weeds too. Moms who are also in the season of raising tween & teen girls. We need each other to vent, laugh, encourage and support on another.
If that’s you too, I have a free mom community I invite you to be a part of. You can join going to www.linktr.ee/jeanniebaldomero
