Do you struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, and constantly not feeling good enough?

Imposter syndrome is characterized by a persistent feeling of self-doubt and insecurity, despite evidence of success or competence. People experiencing imposter syndrome often feel like they don't deserve their achievements or that they're "faking it," even when they're clearly skilled or accomplished.

Downplaying compliments, perfectionism, and feeling like a fraud are all ways that imposter syndrome shows up. Recognizing these symptoms is the first step in overcoming imposter syndrome. Once recognized, we can reframe our beliefs, consciously acknowledge and celebrate our achievements, and build trust and confidence in ourselves over time.
