In the present, we have choice and power. As we practice being present, we tap into our power and we can mindfully choose what we wish to experience.
We feel more calm, and we gain control over our choices and the direction of our day.
Practice this anytime you feel overwhelmed. Becoming aware of your breathing - even for just a few breaths - can have a very powerful and positive effect on your day.
