I met Giulia in New York 7 years ago. She’s always been funny, intuitive, honest, and great to hang out with.
Giulia thought she was depressed until learning that she was an empath. We talk about what it’s like to feel the emotion of an entire room all at once. She has great insights into how to navigate the world as an empath and what books helped her along the way.
