Trinidad Hermida Is Playing the Entrepreneur Game By Her Own Rules
This week's episode of the Eat 4 Life Podcast had a few technical hiccups. Still, the amount of value brought by Trinidad Hermida this week was off the charts, and she and the team tackled the difficult discussions of diversity and inclusion in the gaming space. If anyone can speak about inclusion and diversity, it's Trinidad who, before launching The Hermida Company LLC, served as the head of diversity and inclusion for Niantic, which became a household name thanks to their work on Pokémon Go, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and Ingress which combined for over 800 million downloads. Trinidad also serves on the board for LatinX in Gaming, and when not helping others win, you can find her getting her game on, swimming, or volunteering in her community.
