Show Notes

We revisit Arctic Kiruna to hear how over a century of mining and other industries has impacted the reindeer herding indigenous Sami of northern Sweden.

We meet the renowned Sami textile artist Britta Marakatt-Labba who for years has been depicting Sami mythology and culture through embroidered art.

We visit Abisko, one of the best places on earth to see the Aurora Borealis, or northern lights.

And away from Kiruna, in domestic politics, it's been a depressing week for the Liberals.
