La Ley del Presupuesto del Estado para el año 2023, aprobada hoy por los diputados a la Asamblea Nacional del Poder Popular de Cuba (ANPP), tiene como premisas fundamentales la reducción del déficit fiscal y el respaldo al principio de justicia social, unido a medidas regulatorias para captar mayores ingresos.
