Ante la presencia del primer secretario del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Cuba y Presidente de la República, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, y de Solly Mapaila, secretario general del Partido Comunista Sudafricano, las dos organizaciones políticas representadas firmaron un acuerdo de intercambio y cooperación en la tarde de este viernes.
