Information packed show today. Started the show by addressing the dual political status we now know we each hold and the cases that got us to that point.
That led to talk about Administrative agencies, where they came from historically as well as how our developed to the point of writing agencies' "rules book" named teh Administrative Procedures Act.
Positive v non positivev law was also discussed in some depth.
Hope the Roman Civil Law was turned into the Roman Civil Code story was related.
