Initially went over the working structure of the federal/state court systems. Particularly to explain the terms "Precident" v "Persuasive" decisions and how those concepts are applied.
New listener/student Fred injected info from other Patriot legal researchers. I attempted to explain to him, being new to our info, how that koes not apply and why those approaches have not worked for the entire time I have been involved in this timeless battle.
Daryl came on with some of his insights from his 8 years of being associatged with our approach and information.
