Show Notes
In this episode we explore why every human being longs for happiness, yet so often chooses paths that leave us restless and dissatisfied. We examine the four levels of happiness and how they reveal what the human heart is truly searching for. We look at how the seven deadly sins distort our desires and pull us toward lower, temporary forms of satisfaction. Ultimately, we reflect on how recognising these patterns can help us deliberately choose the deeper happiness for which we were created.
