Previously on Dear Moulana, in the story A Mother’s Last Wish, Mualimah Halima shares her frustration with Moulana after her children decide she should spend one week each month living with each of them.
As she moves from home to home, she begins to feel unsettled and regrets ever telling them about her plan to rent out her house and move into an old-age home. Moulana gently encourages her to give the arrangement a chance and if she remains unhappy, he will speak to her children himself.
