If we’re unsatisfied in certain areas of life, we may feel resentment or jealousy when we see others feeling happy. On today’s Radio Headspace Rewind, Sam talks about bringing compassion to how we feel, and sending loving-kindness to others.
Sam has taught mindfulness and social emotional learning to teens, families and adults all over the world for more than 12 years. She obtained her master’s degrees in clinical and educational psychology from Columbia University, and an M.S. in emotion science from Mid-Sweden University.
