This week, Kessonga returns with his Mindful Music segment. Today, he breaks down some lyrics about hope, and why having hope can soothe us in the face of adversity.
Kessonga holds a Masters degree in Social Work, and is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher. He also serves as an adjunct Mindfulness instructor at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
