Charles Darwin, history’s most famous biologist embark on a five year journey on HMS beagle and explored remote regions of mainly South America and some other countries for short time including Australia. He develop his theory of natural selection and published a book ‘The origin of species’ based on his findings over the years of collecting plants, animals and fossils. He and his fellow pioneers in the field of biology gave us insight into the fantastic diversity of life on Earth and its origins, including Humans as a species
