The Upper Delaware Council’s annual "Litter Sweeps" are underway as volunteers are spring cleaning the Upper Delaware River Valley all month long. The Town of Highland and the Town of Delaware Litter Sweeps are scheduled for April 19 with community members sporting their brightly colored “Don’t Be Trashy” t-shirts.
