Un grupo de manifestantes bloqueó la carretera en el tramo El Seco-Zacatepec, en Puebla, para exigir a las autoridades poner un alto al uso de cañones antigranizo que, aseguran, están dañando severamente sus cultivos al impedir no solo las lluvias de granizo, sino también la precipitación pluvial.
