El alcalde de Tlaxcala de Xicohténcatl, Alfonso Sánchez, oficializó la toma de protesta de los integrantes del Consejo Directivo de la Comisión de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del Municipio de Tlaxcala (CAPAM) para el periodo 2024-2027. En el mismo acto, se nombró a Vicente Fernández Aquino como director general de la institución encargada de gestionar el abastecimiento de agua en el municipio.
