El gobierno de Tlaxcala ha establecido que las personas migrantes en tránsito por la entidad podrán ser detenidas hasta por 36 horas, de acuerdo con el nuevo 'Protocolo interinstitucional de identificación, detección y atención a personas migrantes', publicado en el Periódico Oficial del Estado.
