La Dirección de Seguridad Pública del municipio de Huamantla ha anunciado la puesta en marcha del operativo “Rueda Seguro”, a partir del próximo sábado 21 de septiembre. El operativo tiene como finalidad la aplicación rigurosa del reglamento de tránsito, dirigido principalmente a motociclistas que circulan por la cabecera municipal y sus 39 comunidades.
