Fair warning: today's podcast topic will have only limited interest, as it's outside the normal guidlines of "personal finance." I'm recording the show in response to a question from a long-time listener who wanted my input on a specific topic: the current immigration crisis. This is clearly an important topic, but one that has only a peripheral connection to personal finance.
