Today’s episode is all about how I'm preparing to step away from my business in the busiest season. If you haven’t heard the good news, I am pregnant! And we’re due in November which just so happens to be the busiest time of year for my business. So I wanted to walk you through all the ways I'm preparing my business to basically run without me. My goal is for my business to not just be ok when I step away, but for it to thrive when I step away.
