After Brandon's recent episode that resulted in a seizure due to stress, anxiety and lack of self care, he recaps with reaction from listeners who relate. There is no shame in this, and mental health is really something we should be thinking about every day, and I know this is something I'm personally trying to transition from being a "background thought" to really being at the forefront of my daily routine, and we'll see and talk more about that in the coming weeks.
