He’s a man that has nurtured an enviable conveyer belt of stars including Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Lando Norris, K-Mag, Carlos Sainz and many more. His Carlin Motorsport teams have competed in F4, F3, F2, ALMS, Indy Lights and IndyCar and enjoyed over 1000 podiums and 400 wins. It’s an incredible story and achievement, we’re here to find out more, delving into his life, career, thoughts and opinions.
