He went away sad, because he had great wealth.” The rich man knew the Word of God but he lacked what is necessary before God: active faith focusing on God as our Source. Jesus pointed him from the theory to the practical side of Christianity: active faith focusing on God as our Source. We must not only be hearers of the Word but also doers of the Word. Faith is practical and the focus of the University of God is the practical side of Christianity. In other words, it is all about the right application of the Word of God in our daily life. Faith is manifested or expressed in our daily life. This is not just a message but an instruction in righteousness approved by God.
