Growing up in the tight-knit Jewish community of Lakewood, New Jersey, during the 80s and 90s was akin to living in a serene bubble where everyone knew each other, and life moved at a gentle pace. Now, as I look back with our guest, Mrs. Giti Fredman, we marvel at how much has changed as Lakewood transformed into a bustling city.
