Happy New Year everyone! I’m back for a new episode of R2-T2 to talk about Second Dinner creating a Marvel game and some new cocktails that have blown my mind during the holiday break. Below find the spec for a new favorite. Mosquito Coast: Via Phil Ward in Death & Co. Seriously, buy this book 2 oz Scarlet Ibis Rum (or other Trinidad rum that is around 49% abv) 1 /4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram 3/4 oz Lime Juice 3/4 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup 1 Lime Wedge Shake all of the ingredients (except the lime wedge) over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Cut a slit into the lime wedge and garnish that coupe.
