I'm back for another Angry Nerd. I had enjoyed talking cocktails so much last week that I decided to keep going. This week I want to talk about the drink that brought me back to rum, the Daiquiri. You'll also learn why I've avoided rum since college. Daiquiri: Via Death & Co. Seriously, buy this book 2 oz White Rum 1 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1 Lime Wedge Shake the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Cut a slit into the lime wedge and garnish that coupe. 2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
