Life has been life-ing, and I had to take a step back from posting on the podcast to focus on myself. I’ve been prioritizing my well-being, spending time with myself, and making sure I’m no longer putting myself behind anyone else. This hiatus was necessary for growth, reflection, and realignment, and now I’m back—more intentional than ever. Moving forward, it’s all about me, for me, and becoming the best version of myself.
