Remote work is going through an incredibly fast-paced revolution as a result of COVID 19. Many anecdotal stories have been shared about how people and companies are adapting, but the data is still coming in. In today's episode, Louis Quinto and Craig P. Anderson will discuss the results of a study by Upwork, which analyzed their Upwork Future Workforce Report, one completed in November 2019 and the other in April of 2020. This polled 1500 hiring managers, including mostly C-Suite executives. The study looked at three areas:
1) The Rise of Remote Work
2) The Remote Work Experiment
3) The Future of Remote Work.
