Show Notes

Gallup has been polling workers on their thoughts and opinions on remote work. Their most recent analysis found that nearly 7 in 10 employees are still working at least part-time remotely, one in four want to return to the workplace, and half cite a preference for working from home as a reason not to return. So what will this mean for employee attitudes to remote work as we return to "normal." In this episode, Craig P. Anderson and Lou Quinto will cover three areas. First, how many workers are reporting, they work from home and how has that changed over time? Second, what does this mean for employee engagement? Third, when businesses reopen, will workers return?
