In just three months the remote workforce in America grew from 35% to 65%. And, while some businesses are still adjusting to this new business model, many are discovering that remote work is effective. It keeps employees engaged and productive. For companies, that means better performances, lower turnover, and the ability to attract top talent. Of course, these benefits depend on being able to effectively manage teams from afar.
