Show Notes
After 8 months of COVID-induced remote work, how are leaders holding up? If leaders had solid policies and practices in place pre-COVID, they probably extended those into remote work. If they didn't, it's even worse now.
There is still hope! Louis Quinto and Craig P. Anderson share tips for all leaders to improve as work from home looks like it will be with us for quite a while yet. It starts with creating clear goals, prioritizing timely and accurate feedback, and then engaging with employees often.
