Hey Winner,
Recently I was talking with one of my coaching clients, and she was feeling the overwhelm of too much on her plate and feeling like she'll never get back down to the 10-15 hours a week of work that she would like to be at.
She added a few too many projects and a few too many collaboration opportunities that she couldn't keep up with the maintenance of her business and fit it all in. On top of that, she had a season change as well that she didn't fully get to embrace because of all she found she had to do with work. I encouraged her to take the time out that she needed to, but every week she found herself working more and falling into that grind.
From an outsider's perspective, I could see some of what was going on, and I told her, "You can build your business in the time you want to IF you're willing to work in that amount of time."
