There are two excuses I hear all the time and while very valid for many, it's often a mindset and priorities issues as I've discovered more than anything.

 

So, are one or both of these why you haven't started making big changes?  Listen in to hear what they are and let's start working on your mindset, and start saying "yes" to the things that are going to shift you from just surviving to thriving!
