The disconnect we now have between instant gratification - instant response and the natural course of development and how long change creates.

For years I have done a task with students to compare Rosa Parks and Dr Martin Luther King Jr.

Both in terms of difference of personality to both create an impact as the best of themselves but also the length of time change takes.
