Today's Daily Puck Drop was a special one!  Jason "Puck" Puckett, former KJR host  and Jim Moore, Puck's former co-host at KJR, open up about Jim's work experience in Bend, being a security guard at a concert series.  During the show, they are joined by Ryan Divish, Seattle Times, for a surprise visit! The three chat about the  Seattle Mariners, and the importance of ownership in a team's success. They also touch on the loyalty of the Mariners' ownership group, the role of managers and GMs, and the need for investment in the team to attract free agents. Divish, Jim  and Puck discuss the struggles of the Seattle Mariners and the challenges they face in making a playoff push. They analyze the team's offensive woes and the impact of their bullpen decisions. They also discuss the return of injured player Julio Rodriguez and the criticism surrounding his rushed comeback. Once Divish signs off, Puck and Jim react to Mike Garafolo's appearance on the Thursday's show about the possibility of a contract extension for quarterback Geno Smith and the potential challenges the Seahawks face in finding a replacement if they decide to part ways with him.
