Shelby is a Health Policy Analyst, who had earned a Bachelor of Science in Community and Public Health, as well as a Master of Public Health. Her previous work encompassed comprehensive sexual health education, HIV and mental health services, and global health consulting.
She currently engages in community health assessment and planning, using a social justice lens in all aspects of her work.
