My guest on this episode is Dr. Keosha Bond, a behavioral scientist and sexual health educator from New York. She and I had such a great time during this interview.
Before I started recording, we were chatting about a few different things just getting to know each other before the recording officially started. I often do this with guest and it helps builds rapport and eases their nerves a bit if they're feeling anxious about the interview.
Dr. Bond and I quickly found out that we have several unique things in common both personally and professionally, and it was simply nice and refreshing to be able to visit with her for a little while.
