Robert Leroy Anderson, infamously known as “The Duct Tape Killer,” was a sexual sadist and murderer whose heinous crimes shocked the Midwest during the 1980s. Anderson kidnapped unsuspecting women, subjected them to brutal torture on a homemade “bondage board,” and ultimately bound and murdered them with duct tape. His horrific acts were fueled by a pathological need for domination and sadistic gratification, blending erotic desire with lethal aggression.
