In the latest episode of the Psychedelic Spotlight podcast, we speak with Spencer Hawkswell who is the CEO of TheraPsil, a non-profit coalition of healthcare professionals, patients, and advocates dedicated to obtaining legal access to psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for Canadians in medical need.
In our conversation with Spencer, we discuss the different challenges he and the TheraPsil team are focused on overcoming to increase access to psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for patients in Canada suffering through end-of-life distress, and why psilocybin, in particular, is capable of offering certain patients relief from their suffering.
