Lawyers and others working in the law industry have traditionally been exposed to high job demands as part of their roles. Recently these psychosocial risk factors have been linked to increased burnout and early departure from the profession. This live panel will discuss the current psychosocial working conditions in law, the effects on worker wellbeing, and what needs to change in order to protect psychological health and improve retention.
