In this special replay episode we travel back to episode #34 where we chatted with Lucinda Brogden, Chair and Commissioner of the Australian National Mental Health Commission. We discuss the current state of workplace psychological health and safety in Australia, and Lucy shares her observations on the individual wellness-based approaches compared to systems level interventions. Lucy describes what the National Mental Health Commission is currently working on, and shares what we can expect to see from the Commission within the next few months. She discusses the recent agreement by Australian WHS Ministers to make Regulations dealing with psychological health, and the implications of that agreement.
