He is the author of the biggest health blog in Sweden and a #1 best-selling book on nutrition that has been translated into 8 languages. He is a graduate of Uppsala University where he earned his medical degree, and spent 12 years working as a doctor, during which time he utilized low-carb/high-fat dietary interventions with amazing success. Dr. Eenfeldt is also on the board of The Dietary Science Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving scientific knowledge and helping more people live healthier lives.
