Joey Shwartz is a 19-year-old proponent of the carnivore diet and a strong believer in its' efficacy towards curing and preventing today's many modern health issues. He runs a YouTube channel where he shares others' anecdotal experiences, interviews with professionals, real hard sciences, and his own personal experience with the diet. He is currently enrolled as a student at UCLA and has been studying the link between nutrition and chronic disease for many years.
